  5. and Floppy Diskettes.

  10. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR DEMONSTRATION

  12. CPU:    386sx/16 or greater
  13. RAM:    2MB
  14. VIDEO:  SVGA (640x480 256-color)
  15. SOUND:  MPC(TM) compatible sound card
  16. OTHER:  Microsoft Windows(TM) 3.1

  19. INSTALLING FROM FLOPPY DISKS
  20. ----------------------------
  21. If you have recieved this program on Floppy Diskettes, you need to run
  22. SETUPFPC.BAT to install the program on your hard disk drive C: or
  23. SETUPFPD.BAT to install the program on your hard disk drive D:.
  24.  
  25. You must have 10 MB of free space on your hard disk to install this 
  26. demonstration copy of Fitness Partner(TM).
  27.  
  28. To install Fitness Partner(TM) on your hard disk:
  29.  
  30.         1.  Insert Disk 1 into your floppy disk drive.
  31.  
  32.         2.  Type A: and press <ENTER> to logon to your floppy drive.
  33.             (or  B: if you installing from floppy drive B:)
  34.  
  35.         3.  Type SETUPFPC (or SETUPFPC) and press <ENTER>.

  37.         4.  Follow the on screen instructions complete the installation.

  40. USING THE FITNESS PARTNER(TM) DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM
  41. ---------------------------------------------------
  42. This demonstration copy of Fitness Partner(TM) includes a sample beginner 
  43. workout and a brief description of the features and benefits of the retail
  44. version of Fitness Partner(TM).

  46. To run Fitness Partner(TM)
  47.  
  48.         1.  Run Microsoft Windows(TM) 3.1.
  49.  
  50.         2.  From the Program Manager Choose File, Run, and run FPDEMO.EXE
  51.             from your hard disk or CD-ROM drive.
  52.  
  53.             (If you need help running a program from Windows(TM) consult 
  54.             your Microsoft Windows(TM) User's Manual.)

  56.         When you begin, the demonstration version of Fitness Partner(TM)
  57.         will display the MUSIC screen.  Select the sound card that is 
  58.         installed in your computer from the Sound Card list box.  Press the
  59.         TRY IT button to test your selection.  Press done when you have 
  60.         completed your selection.
